• Following up machines conditions like (Separators, Clarifies, Air Blowers, Boilers, air compressors, pumps and cooling towers) to be worked efficiently.
• Daily shift Coordination meeting with mechanical head, reading daily reports related to repairs and maintenance needed and troubleshooting.
• Executing reported Work orders.
• Daily reporting of all tasks handled and downtime in machines.
• Apply preventive and predictive maintenance programs of the plant in all mechanical areas.
• Using RCA to find chronic breakdowns.
• Working on improving machines performance through redesign or enhance mechanisms.
• insure that working environment is safe and apply HSE instructions.
• Following up and preparing spare parts.
• Share with production in calculating OEE and improving KPI's
• Participation in major intervention & preparing the intervention reports.
• Apply PMs for packaging machines to reduce losses and increase their performance.
• Responsible for packaging machines troubleshooting & corrective actions wherever required.
• share in team to increase machine uptime and reduce losses time and safe products.
• Assist in preparing PMs and work orders.
• Executing preventive maintenance to enhance efficiency through reducing downtime.
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and KPI's
•Operation and maintenance of packaging machines like (OMAG sachet C3, Solution Pack, Powder packaging lines like salt and casterd)
• Prepare the spare parts list and the strategy stock.
• Follow-up the break-down work orders of the equipment and corrective maintenance.
• Follow up equipments and process.
• Applying planned maintenance and shut down procedures for production lines like (Boiler, pumps, Air dryer, Heat Exchanger).
• Prepare a needed spare parts list before interventions.
