Organization of accommodation for 25 expatriates including maintenance
Control the Vehicle Fuel Consumption Rate, Vehicle Maintenance
Transportation (handling 25 microbuses, 9 vehicle, 2 pickup) under the
Safety Standards.
Organizing the transportation of 250 Egyptian and 25 Expatriates
Managing the visa process for Expatriates, arranging the hotel reservation
Arranging the flight tickets booking with the travel agency,
Handling the invoice list and arrange the payment for 150 suppliers
Facility management, Bank Statement,
Handling Transmittals in and out
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and head office
Coordinate and supervise Site Administration supporting team (30 Drivers, 9 cleaners, 3 office boys, 1 IT)
Ensure fix asset control
Manage Human Resources teams (Recruitment, Pay roll, Learning &
Development, Employees relationship)
Define and implement recruitment strategy: attract, select,
Coach, empower and retain talent
Ensure compliance with pay roll and hiring deadlines
