- Prepares timing plans, co-ordinates the activities necessary to ensure the successful introduction of new products, product design changes, modifications, and engineering change.
- Ensures the continuous improvement of methods, tooling, equipment, systems, identifying problems in manufacturing and solve using appropriate techniques. - Liaise with Jaguar/ Land Rover, Egypt and UK teams to guarantee continuous progress of project phases.
- Adherence to Quality standards (TS16949/ISO 14001/LPS/Product liability and safety) - Coordinating & Communicate between all project parties.
- Estimate & order the required facilities to complete the production requirements.
- Maintain a manufacturing process to achieve the quality product required by the customer.

- Ensure the standards are observed
- Define risks
- Propose appropriate solutions in accordance with applicable legislation and corporate policies
- Ensure the implementation of new standards
- Train personnel on the standards to be observed
- Negotiate and manage the health, safety and environment budget

Major duty
o Planning organizational activities and setting goals to help fresh year students to get familiar with small airplanes knowledge.
o Helping higher year students designing and building UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles)

o Aerospace department became “The Top Ranked” among other engineering department after it was the last one.
o Scientific activity output increased 166%(8 airplanes compared to 3 in the first year)
o Organizing the first airshow at aerospace department
