o Development of ETHIX-Finance release 4.5 implemented in NBD Egypt
o Development of ETHIX-Finance release 4.6 implemented in (KIB, KFHB, CBD, and BARWA) Banks
o Development of ETHIX-Finance release 4.7 implemented in KFH (Kuwait)
• ETHIX - Credit Achievements
o Development of ETHIX-Credit features and enhancements needed for Zenith Bank (Nigeria) and BLC Bank (Lebanon)
• ETHIX - PCD Achievements
o Development of ETHIX- PCD features needed for all ITS customers
• ETHIX - Collect Achievements
o Development of ETHIX- Collect from scratch to add the collection feature to ETHIX solution.
• PHOENIX (International Version) Achievements
o PHOENIX is the core banking system owned by Harland Financial Solution (HFS) -USA -FL
o I managed their development team in ITS to develop all enhancements needed for HFS international customers
o Create PHOENIX core banking oracle version (PHOENIX was support only Sybase and SQL servers)
Key Achievements as System Analyst:
As a system analyst, I have participated in many implementation project to implement PHOENIX core banking system (ME version)
o Implementation of Zenith Bank - Nigeria
o Implementation of East West bank - Philippines
o Implementation of UBL Bank - Pakistan
o Implementation of REB Bank - Syria
o Implementation of KIB Bank - Kuwait
o Implementation of BLOM Bank - Egypt
o Implementation of ADIB Bank - UAE
o Implementation of CBD Bank - UAE
In these projects I was responsible on the implementation of the credit features, explain the existing features and highlight all new features needed by bank business team to fulfill their common operations and convert these new features into business/technical documents and communicate it with development teams
Key Achievements as SW Developer and Development Team Leader:
As a SW developer and Development Team Leader, I have participated in many development activities
o Leading ITS development team to customize PHOENIX core banking to support Middle East Banks and Central Banks requirements.
o Leading ITS development team to handover PHOENIX core banking system (development processes and source code) from PHOENIX-USA-FL to ITS development center located in Cairo
o Development of branch automation requirements for ADIB Bank -Abu Dhabi (using Mosaic system by Getronics)
o Customization of HR-Access* procedures and functionalities for ADMA (Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Company)
o Customization of HR-Access procedures and functionalities for ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company)
*HR-Access is a Human resources management system (owned by IBM) including Personal, Payroll, Training, and attendance
Key Skills Gained:
o Experience in SW development management and technicality using different technologies
o Experience in Banking business (commercial and Islamic) analysis and banking solutions implementation.
