Testing software modules already finished or in-development to start documenting their processes & full features.
Writing Getting Started guides, User Manuals, Administration Manuals, etc. for the software modules developed by the company and those currently in development in Arabic and English.
Communicating with all stakeholders and SMEs to review the written deliverables for clarity, accuracy, & completeness.
Editing the drafts for the deliverables until finalization & approval by the stakeholders.
Using various types of software programs for capturing software screens & editing them, word-processing software, help-material & technical formatting software and so on.
Creating captioned professional videos for software modules based on a specific script with professional audio recording strategies.

Microsoft Word 2013 for writing and editing.
Snagit for capturing screenshot capturing, captioning and editing.
Camtasia Studio for video creation and editing for demos
Adobe Robohelp for converting online documents to online help outputs
Prezi for dynamic presentation creation

Achievements:
Developed for the first time a scalable ASP.NET Context Sensitive Help turnkey solution that easily connects with online help files, and is supported by an XML database for easy editing of each page and its online help section.
Created almost all of the manuals for most of the company products.
