Project Description: Construction of 4 Educational buildings - 6 to 8
Floors with landscape development
Duties:
• Carry out daily inspections of all construction work in a timely Manner.
• Review method of statement and ensure it’s being followed on Site.
• Assess potential risks during execution of the works and
• Coordinate with safety officers to address issues.
• Check materials delivered on site and compare it as per the Engineer approval.
• Report any non-Conformity by issuing SOR or NCR and close The issue when corrective and preventive
action was properly Done.
• Conduct snagging/ de snagging and other handover prerequisites.
Residential and school buildings Development
Construction of 6 residential buildings and rehabilitation of a School building.
• Duties:
• Responsible of site inspections in accordance with Architectural And Structural related inspection Test plans
(ITP).
• Conduct quality control activities and convey lessons learned to Avoid abortive work.
• Assist the resident engineer in daily tasks including site reviews And walkthroughs.
• Using Microsoft excel for complex and repetitive calculation.
• Adopting relevant requirements around issue such as building Permits, environment regulation and safety of all
work Assignments.
• Monitor and record snagging and de snagging that are set to open And close by consultant.
Dental hospital project at Nile University, Area 1100 m2.
Duties:
• Redesign and drafting of dental hospital slabs
• Setting out of building in accordance with drawing & Specification.
• Estimate material and labor Cost.
• General and technical site supervision of civil works.
• Inspection of concrete quality testing on site.
• Monitor progress of civil work.
Construction of 9 residential houses in different locations.
Duties:
• Responsible for managing building project from proposal to construction and then to completion.
• Prepare BOQ.
• Carefully managed project so that milestones were met during agreed time and within budget.
• Attend meeting with resident engineer to discuss project with client.
• General and Technical site supervision of civil work.
