Daily:
 Handle staff payments (advances)
 Handle suppliers’ and customers payments
 Update bank position balances on all accounts
 Answers suppliers inquires
 Allocation premiums for retails policies (new business and B&C)
 Filling the Cheques stub and make sure that have tracking of it.
Monthly:
 Handle bank reconciliation
 Ensure governmental payments are paid on time ( Stamp duty, labor law, social insurance… etc)
 Prepare cheques/Cash for approved payments at the end of the month.
 update selling and buying in investment share holders
