1) Handling New Projects for Mechanical Estimation during Tender Stage.
2) Reviewing of the Mechanical design drawings, specifications and BOQ submitted by Design Consultants to Ensure completeness of the package as per design intent.
3) Reviewing shop drawings against the design drawings for compliance with the design intent with appropriate comments / approval.
4) Reviewing Technical Submittals for Mechanical Materials and Shop-drawings prior to submission to construction consultants and owners according to required project specifications & Coordinating between other services as latest architectural and structural drawings.
5) Providing Technical Support for Procurement Department related to the Project Mechanical Activities for contracts and sub-contractors as per Company internal System.
6) Reviewing the PRs and POs for Mechanical materials as per the drawings, BOQ and Confirm Complying with Tender specifications and Control any Deviation in Requested QTYs.
7) Reviewing subcontractor offers against the specifications scope of work.
8) Monitoring the sub-contractors progress of the Mechanical works (Design & Construction) based on the approved Construction Program, Time Schedule and report any delay in progress and recommend corrective / remedial actions.
9) Monitoring and Reviewing the payment applications received for Mechanical works from Consultants and Sub-contractors and making recommendation to Projects’ Manager on payment certification according to the Quantity Survey.
10) Reviewing of weekly and monthly project status reports for Mechanical Works.
11) Leading the Project Execution Team in all technical and progress meetings with the Consultants / Contractors / Vendors / Suppliers related to Mechanical works.
12) Providing Technical Support to Construction Team and Completing any missing information by Co-ordinating with the Consultant & in house team.
13) Advice on implementation of latest technologies for Mechanical related works to add value to Future Provisions
14) Monitoring that the Mechanical works are carried out as per specification with strict Compliance with standard QA / QC Procedures.
15) Reviewing of Mechanical Project Close-out documents (As-built drawings, O&M Manuals and Warranties) and Confirming Successful Projects Hand-Over.

2) Successful Take-Over and Hand-Over of All Electro-Mechanical Projects of STC-Madinah Sites.
3) Supervising All Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors of Electro-Mechanical Works for All Required Electro-Mechanical Systems & Equipments for STC-Madinah Sites.
4) Putting the Technical Training Plans for MEP Staff from different nationalities.

1) Carrying out the annual plan of Preventive Maintenance (PM) to get the optimum M/Cs Availability.
2) Measuring, Analyzing, and Control of the all Maintenance Inputs, Outputs & Intermediate Processes.
3) Handling and trouble shooting the Faults with going back to (M/C History) and (Fault Analysis).
4) Preparation the Monthly, Quarter Annual, Half Annual and Annual Reports for all occurred faults.
5) Preparation of the Yearly Purchasing Plan of the required Spare Parts.
6) Operation and Maintenance of Central Air Conditioning Systems, Cooling Chillers, Water Pumps, Steam Boilers, Air Compressors, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems, Diesel Generators.
