Responsibilities Senior Electrical Design Engineer, Design and Draft the Electrical work of the Following Projects:‐
1. GARGASH APARTMENTS (2B+G+14 FL+GYM)
2. KENSINGTON ROYAL SPORTS CITY - DUBAI (2B+G+18 FL+GYM)
3. LABOUR ACCOMMODATION BUILDING AT HATTA - DUBAI
4. DUBAI MUNCIPILTY G +1 BRANCH OFFICE AT AL AWEER
5. DUBAI MUNCIPILTY G +1 OFFICE AT ALMUHAISANAH SECOND
Technical & financial proposals for all types of
projects.
• Designing all Electrical works for all types of projects according to local regulations.
• Design & Prepare lighting drawings including according to the lighting illuminations levels on latest light programs and with full coordination with the interior & architecture design
• Design & Prepare power drawings with full coordination with HVAC system plumping system & telecommunications system
• Study the electrical room spaces required for the substations including the following spaces for the project (Transformer room area require for transformer & RMU, Low Voltage room for the MDB main distribution boards Electrical room for each floor riser opening for cables and & bus bar system
• Prepare wiring circuits for the lighting & power drawings including the following Circuits numbering & wiring .
• Emergency system including wiring, panels boards, generator selection
• Prepare Loads calculation schedules including ( feeder- Amp rating -short circuits )
• Design of all secondary distribution boards main details
• Design of Main low tension distribution boards (LT MDB)
• Design of Earthing system for electrical system including Earthing pit -Earthing electrode)
• Design of substation drawings including (transformers -trenches -RMU -high voltage cables
• Prepare detail design drawings for fire alarm system according to the Local & international codes.
• Prepare Design drawings for telephone system
• Prepare Design drawings of low current system including the following :-
(CCTV system, Security system , MATV system)
• Prepare tender package (detailed design drawings &Bill of Quantity)
• Design of main calculation (Lighting Calculation- voltage drop Calculation-SC Calculation.).
