• Implement quality control procedures and plans on site.
• Develop and maintain quality standards and ensures proper implementation.
• Review and approve inspections, test plans and quality control plans.
• Identify, analyze and resolve problems and issues with quality assurance and control for site construction.
• Plan and coordinate QA/QC activities, making certain of quality control of the work in accordance to contract requirements.

• Lead the site team and coordinate their daily activities to ensure optimum resource planning and fully motivated competent workforce different trades.
• Ensure proper site arrangement for timely commencement of subcontractors.
• Lead site team, QC team and HSE team to monitor subcontractors’ performance in all aspects and take corrective action if necessary.
• Coordinate with engineering department to highlight site constraints and reach to optimum resolutions for field change requests & Requests for Information (RFI).
• Monitor the arrangement of site logistics and material deliveries.
• Ensure that construction deliverables meet project requirements for integrity & quality.
• Achieved timely completion of shoring, slope protection and Dewatering system with negligible percentage of quality issues.
• Completed some of special construction activities like shotcrete activity, structural works, rafts, walls, tunnel slabs, and bridges.
• Monitor & track site team’s closure of Nonconformance reports and coordinate with QC inspectors in this regard.
• Follow-up with Project Manager for allocation of required manpower/ materials.
• Report to the project manager any shortfalls of subcontractor’s works.
• Prepare materials/ manpower procurement schedule and send it to Project Manager
• Monitored the execution of the following finishing activities from setting out until completion: masonry, plastering, painting, tiling, doors, suspended ceilings, and handrails, hard and soft landscape.
• Achieved more than 90% compliance in hold and witness inspections.
• Convened pre-execution meetings prior the start of some critical activities (like concrete, masonry, plastering, tiling, road works etc.) with construction team, Subcontractors & the Engineer.
• Presented a training session for all quality and project staff for “Methodology of concrete repairing works and principal of post tension system” as a part of company in-house training.
• Prepared ITPs and method statements for Steel reinforcement, formworks, block works, Plaster, Painting, Suspended ceiling, water proofing system, tiles works, infrastructure, sewerage system, storm water system, fire hydrant system & Asphalt works.
• Reported on a daily basis to the project quality manager.
• Coordinated walk downs with the Client and the end user in order to hand over the project.
• Coordinated the tracking and closure of the snagging items.
