Review and approve Architectural and Landscaping drawings.
• Review & approve material Specifications and submittals.
• Check and approve samples and mock-ups.
• Preparation of Purchase Requisitions.
• Analysis/Clarification of Vendor's Technical Quotation.
• Vendors' Document Review including inspection related doc., drawings and
other specifications.
• Technical Support for Fabrication and Site Erection.
• Participate in technical evaluations.
• Participate in FAT.
• Fully understand the company HSE policy, procedures, regulations and
objectives as they relate to area of responsibility. Ensures that work under
control is performed in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
• Follow up with the EPC contractor the construction planning and progress
in daily basis.
• Provide on-site Architectural engineering consultation during construction,
pre-commissioning & commissioning stage.
• Participate in the training & development of assigned UAE national
employees in the project.
• Perform additional work activities as directed by line manager.
• Respond to technical queries from EPC contractor and others, as deemed
necessary. Ensures safe, economic and technically sound decisions in the
EPC project phase.
• Review requests for Design Deviations / Concession Requests proposed.
• Verify that all deliverables related to Architectural and Landscaping are
completed, correctly and satisfactorily.
• Review technical content of claims for changes in the EPC contract.

Client: Ministry of housing program, KSA
Position: Architect
Scope:
- Supervise the review of related construction documents,
- Audit contractors and subcontractors’ deliverables for quality and adherence to specifications, budgets and schedules.
- Ensure Municipality and Public Authorities approval once the design is finalized.
- Managing progress, addressing potential delays or non-conformance to specifications
- Recommending potential solutions to construction or specification discrepancies.
- Review and determine clients’ requirements. Attend progress meetings with clients
- Generate progress and status reports for the owner.
- Examine tender documents, drawings, check Quantities, Drawings, structural design, prepared technical inquiries to send to MOI before start initiating the project.
- Coordinate with our consultant (SDC) and client’s consultant to provide the design criteria of the prototypes to develop the tender drawings based on it.
- Review design consultant deliverables for the prototypes at various stages, review technical
submittals by contractor(s) during the construction stage and report to manager.
-Ensure proper coordination between all disciplines for the building prototype in final design stage using Revit.
- Review site survey, municipality regulation lines, Soil reports, for sites we shall apply the prototypes to it.
- Review the Landscape package (site grading, hardscape, and softscape, Roads, etc…) prepared by designer according to site conditions and approved prototype.
-Ensure proper coordination between all disciplines / Trades has been carried out for all MEP/architectural/structural services ( for the site package)
- Study any change request from client, suppliers, contractors, vendors, other municipal representatives during the construction phase
- Regularly visits Project site (2 day per week) to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contact requirements, good construction practice, only approved materials are used,
compliance with approved shop drawings and other submittals.
- Prepare Detailed and Tender package according to concept prepared by Designer
-Prepare construction drawings
-Review the landscape package according to site condition, Concept prepared by designer
-Ensure proper coordination between all disciplines / Trades has been carried out for all
