Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Oversee and coach employees
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
Check production output according to specifications
Submit reports on performance and progress
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards

Support plant operations by identifying and solving operational problems.

Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures complying with legal regulation

Oversee effective implementation of the quality management system (AS9100C) through out the company

Maintain quality manuals and quality procedures and ensure content is appropriate for business.

Conduct Quality systems internal audits.

Coordinate the review of quality procedures associated with plant continuous improvement initiatives

Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Lean, Poka-Yoke … etc.

Attend various meetings and action/ communicate instruction

ESD control & audit

Work at Triangle heavy equipment CO . a subsidiary of Triangle Group . in diesel generators division ( FG wilson ) .

Responsible for :

* Studying technical specifications for each sales prospect .
* Preparing technical and commercial offers .
* Preparing technical studies whenever needed .
* Preparing reports for head office and keeping customer records .
* developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their
Requirements .

- Maintenance operation of an industrial complex consists of ( 12 ) factories .
- Several feasibility studies for different projects .
- prepare reports of maintenance operations for the owners .
