- Manage all Procurement tasks from issuing RFQ, Evaluating proposals, issuing purchase order, finally closing the procurement cycle by developing contracts.
- Responsible for performing banking transactions, specifically fund transfer to exporters whatever the payment method, cash in advance (TT), Cash against documents (CAD), Letter of
credit (L/C)…etc.
- Administration of RFQ (Request for Quotation) tender Processes.
- Evaluation submitted proposals in all technical and commercial aspects.
- Raising purchase orders
- Developing contracts for closing the procurement cycle.
- Manage all Procurement, Import & Export activities, tasks, meetings and communications.
- Acts as the interface for the company in front of suppliers, distributors and partners.
- Experience in interacting with any available communication channels as Telephones, Fax, and Internet.
