Responsible for the entire waste management project/business.
Maintaining good rapport with key clients with high
revenue of the Business
Maintaining good internal control in operation team to ensure the service levels are carried in a better way, so that the clients wanted to continue the contract ever.
Challenge the challenging situation and to give better services to clients, when it comes to vehicle breakdowns, unforeseen scenarios.
Fulfilling the customer need of waste management including recycling of all possible materials and hazardous waste, even the service is not within the company then appoint subcontractor to fulfill the needs of the customer.
Managing the sales team to have the targeted revenue achievement, in case of non-performance of sales staff, immediately replace the team with efficient sales personnel without any further delay.
Always having attrition plan for the manpower recruitment in operations such as poor performing drivers/staffs.
Managing the workshop to ensure the maintenance cost is within the budget, and to avoid replacement of any expensive parts and find the possible way of repairing.
Ensuring the assets of operations such as skips, Roro boxes, stationery compactors are being utilized for the projects/contracts and not having excess in number unless/otherwise it is necessary to have.
Resolving all types of conflict diplomatically and effectively as conflict management skill is one of the most integral parts of the team management in an organization and external stake holder engagement.
Ensuring the staff training for their required skills and linking the staff productivity and
performance with the appraisal process.
Ensuring the driver training on both technical and behavior to have excellent service
delivery in transporting passengers.
Motivating the staff and driver employees by rewards and recognition program.
Maintained the revenue increase consistently throughout the business by close monitoring
of the daily income.
Proactively planned the leave schedule for both staffs and the drivers for the entire year and
ensuring the schedule as planned.
Ensuring maximum communication throughout the project with in the team, organization,
and external stake holders as and when required.

Responsible for waste transportation & Logistics covering total Abudhabi area by efficient route planning.
Handling fleet of 175 heavy vehicles like, Refuse Compactor, Roll/off, Tippers, Tankers, trailers including heavy equipment’s like mechanical sweepers etc.,
Managing more than 500 manpower which includes drivers & Helpers of various nationalities.
Ensuring ‘0’ customer complaints in terms of service delivery.
Working under the supervision of management team from Ireland ‘the City bin co’ and well versed with the system ‘BACH’ (Ireland)that used for route live monitoring and for Dispatch operation.
Coordinating with workshop for the breakdown repair of the trucks to avoid service delay for the clients and arranging alternate route plan for the missed clients to be covered in the same day.
Enrolled the driver employees to the Incentive scheme that saved lots of overhead by eradicating the overtime scheme and increased the productivity of the driver employees by increasing their number of trips.
Increased the business revenue by providing excellent service delivery that retains the client base ever.
Maintain the container inventory up to date in the yard.
Monitoring the site helper’s staffs through the site supervisors and performing random inspection to the sites.
Monitoring both the day & night dispatch shifts supervisor performance.
Monitoring janitorial sites, time to time performing random inspection on site.
Live monitoring of the truck movements throughGPS (visirun) dashboard in operations.
Liaise with the center of waste management (Tadweer)regulations time to time in terms of waste transporting permissions.
Ensuring the availability of containers for the new client deliveries.
Maintaining the asset record updated at all time onsite & yard.
Motivating the operation team staffs by providing incentive plan including the drivers & Helpers staffs.
Responsible for the 730 Taxi fleet & 60 Limousine Fleet of vehicles.
Handling all administrative work in fleet operation.
Managing & directing the operation team and their activities.
Daily monitoring of revenue & operation team performance, driver’s productivity & drivers daily reporting.
Directing the fleet team for maintaining minimum off-road % of the cars and for cost effective maintenance of the fleet vehicles.
Evolving new ideas for controlling cost in terms of maintenance Expenses, and driver overheads.
Plan & coordinate with recruitment team for the driver recruitment of required fleet time to time.
Resolving customer complaints that arise from call center on taxi drivers, and imposing action on guilty drivers.
Monitoring quality control team both on patrol & in-house team and setting target to them on a monthly basis on issuance of violation to the drivers in the time of Non-compliance to the code of conduct as well as the quality of vehicles.
Directing and monitoring of driver counsellor’s activities to curb the No’s of poor performing drivers in operation.
Ensuring maximum utilization of the vehicles on road out of total fleet and taking efforts to reduce off road vehicles % by close monitoring of fleet department.
Preparing budget for the Taxi operation and evolving strategies for internal control and ensuring operational activities in line with the policies & procedures.
Monitoring the daily trips, revenue, fuel utilization, and Rev km%, black trips, not reporting drivers, and generating the same as daily report and circulating to the senior management.
Coordinating with the franchisor(Mowasalat) for taxi operation related queries, analysis & planning for the progress.
Since from the inception of this venture, contributed vital role in revenue progression of this business.
Limousine operation
Handled 60 No’s of fleet vehicle’s in Limousine
Acquiring maximum no of customer contracts for schools, college’s trips.
Introduced Female limousine services to the citizens and other residents for the first time in Qatar.
Maintaining the maximum no of contracts at all the time by renewal follow ups establishing good rapport with the customers.
Monitoring no of call center bookings for the limousine services advising agents to have increase in figures of bookings among agents in competitive manner.
Acquiring private event business that increases the business revenue time to time.
Increased revenue by Introducing the promotional contract offers to the customers on various seasons.
Coordinating with marketing executive to acquire shopping malls, Hotel deals by introducing kiosk system.
FLEET OPERATION
Handled huge fleet of 1021 taxis,
Supervising the assistants overall job responsibilities like vehicle allocation, de allocation
to the drivers, making inventory of all vehicles that assigned & de assigned, key hive
management of fleet vehicles etc.,
Handling renewal & registration of the fleet vehicles,

Coordinating with insurance personnel for fleet related matters like, negotiating offers for
total loss vehicles, and accidents claims etc.
Monitoring fuel utilization to maintain the fuel expenses % in the level of profit to the fleet
vehicles.
Coordinating with workshop for fleet vehicles maintenance, ensuring profitable
maintenance % for the fleet vehicles, by following warranty jobs in TAT.
Monitoring daily productivity of the drivers in order to achieve their monthly income target
which was set by the company.
Ensuring maximum utilization of the vehicles on road out of total fleet and taking efforts to
reduce off road vehicles % of the fleet.
Responsible for curbing the number of accidents that reduces the fleet utilization by
counselling the driver to understand the cause, and to arrange for the required training.
Generating reports of fleet utilization, fuel, income daily and forwarding the same to the
management.
Coordinating with the TRANSAD personnel for time to time Taxi regulations
Assisting in identification of branch locations, negotiation, lease deed execution, fit outs
handover of branch to business.
Identifying and developing strong vendor relationships that are reliable and cost
effective.
Will be responsible for inventory management and maintenance of all office
equipment’s, including periodic preventive maintenance.
Over all bill processing & cost control.
Identification and empanelment of vendors, suppliers and other third-party contractors
as required by the organization.
Upkeep maintenance of company vehicles, log book managing drivers etc.
