Position Summary
• Supervise all gate services (Inspection, Stuffing, X-Stuffing, Stripping, Survey, Cargo Treatment, Consolidation/Weight progresses, Containers Cleanings, Patching Cargo Lashing, OOG handling, Delinquency/smuggling Legally Tracking, Operationally handling the unpaid activities due to internal damages by claims mind with the minimum cost as much as possible, handle/track local IMO shipments & serve all local shipments/customers with commercial minds for business saving) activities in the terminal.
• Ensure to apply SCCT policies and targets concerning gate.

Major Accountabilities
NO Priority Time
1. Follow up daily customs inspection for import containers.
2. Prepare and follow up any x-stuffing requested.
3. Prepare for and follow up any survey requested from the line.
4. Prepare, request, and follow up the consolidation with SGC, and planning.
5. Request additional gangs for performing inspection; or x-stuffing.
6. Follow up and control gate controllers in the yard whom proceed with the inspection cycle.
7. Follow up Full inspection cases and evaluate if the process not deserve to collect full inspection charges.
8. Check and follow up the mailbox on each new correspondence especially those concerned with gate service.
9. Update a report for export containers services.
10. Update a tracking report for any special service requested from the line, and sending it to finance.
11. Follow up and overcome
12. Overcome any challenges delay customs work.
13. Follow up any pending issue related to gate services.
14. Pass new instructions to the subordinates, and ensure that SOP instructions are followed by subordinates in right way.
15. Innovate or pass any new ideas to improve gate service work.
16. Doing any extra tasks required by directors.
