Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment
Prepare Budget, Balance Sheet and P&L and all required analysis
Efficient management of company’s bank accounts
Maintain and manage all financial records, logs, spreadsheets, and registers
Managing company’s banking operations; seeing to it that all funds are appropriately banked ensuring efficiency and returns
Conformity of company’ bank account with IFR Standards. Reconciling of bank Statements against the GL, and clearing accounts assigned
Provide inputs and advice to company. This could include recommending changes that will maximize revenue and profit
Check and verify cash transactions; and also investigate and propose possible resolution for any discrepancies
Responsible for interest and debt analysis, with provision of relevant information and report
Take care of the cash management system of the company and their payment mechanism
Responsible for following up on financial proceedings, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
Arrange for equity and debt financing
Oversee the extension of credit to customers
Dealing with the preparation and submission of VAT returns on a monthly basis
Supervising the activities and employees of the financial department in conformance with the approved systems, policies and procedures and delegated authorities
Implementing oracle system for all financial modules
Analysing costs related to projects and compared to the budget
Responsible for providing accurate cost reports
Design and run different reports as required
Prepared all monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
Prepare a weekly bank report for the CFO
The reconciliation of closings between different Oracle modules, with Banks and between sets of books where appropriate
Maintain the Fixed Assets Register and process depreciation and additions/disposals entries/ journals
Oversee billing and A/R collections processes for any issues
Responsible for issuance new LC, LG and loans
In 2015 I created an Excel model of the treasury department to control LC and Loans; model was picked up and authorized from treasury head to use in major treasury transaction instead of making a customize oracle module.
Manage the monthly and yearly book close process
Coordinate audit preparation and documentation management
Perform invoice matching and query resolution; ensure all invoices are processed with appropriate authorization and in accordance with supplier terms
Invoice processing (approximately 2000 per month), payment processing
Reconciled accounts on a monthly basis including operating savings-unclaimed wages and investment bank accounts
Reviewing of taxation Quarterly statements of provisions to be paid to the government
In 2009 I Created Access model for controlling the Taxes “Value added Tax”
Prepare monthly payable, receivable aging and control payment.
Stores and Branches Auditor
Review and posted all petty cash payment and insure that it is fully documented before posting
Prepare and make bank deposits
Processed A/P A/R and billing needs for the company
