Manage customer service department in the company.
- Manage spare parts purchasing process from dealing with suppliers to data entry
then arranging the delivery for branches.
- Training the technicians to be updated with all new techniques and increasing the
customer service skills.
- Monitor the daily sales and reporting every week for the general manager.
- Creating the plans for developing technical department in the company to reach our
targets.
- Handling all customers complains and dealing with economic department for the
complains.
- Repairing all smart phones and tablets hardware and software( Apple - Samsung -
LG - HTC - SONY ….etc ) as I was doing before and after promoted as the manager
of the department .
- Visiting branches daily to guide and fix the issues with my team .
