• Work on achieving the annual & monthly target by putting strategic plan depending on the market studies including customers’ needs and materials’ demands comparing to other competitive materials, then detect the selling points for our materials and our customers who achieve our target according to the company policy. • Follow up, handle all problems and upgrade the plan, skills and the activity standards for prospecting cores, appointments, presentations, proposals. • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures the attainment of company sales goals and profitability. • Initiate and coordinate the development of action plan to penetrate new market. • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. • Provide timely feedback and quarter forecasting for Sales Manager. • Assist Sales team in preparation of proposals and presentations. • Maintain contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of clients’ satisfaction. • Assist Seniors and Juniors Sales team in dealing with difficult customers.
• Plan personal and sales team activities.
• Respond to sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
• Plan visits to the area to find opportunities for sales, gather market and customer information.
• Contact consultants / contractors concerning sites under construction.
• Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
• Develop and update list of clients with sales team.
• Record sales, order information and send copies to the entitled departments.
• Follow up orders process during the manufacturing stages to ensure the delivery on time.
• Refer the maintenance request from customers to the Sales Manager and Installation Section.
• Act as a puffer between Sales team and the upper level of management.
• Prepare semi-annual forecasting required by the top management.
• Raise technical performance and selling skills of the sales team.
• Sell Siemens automation PLC and Scada systems projects in industrial regions.
• Sell automation systems spare parts and instrumentation.
• Follow up existing accounts and search to open new ones.
• Figure out solutions to close the deals.
• Responsible for the cash collection of the closed deals.
• Make market survey for new working areas.
• Build up strong relationships with clients in the market.
• Solve clients’ problems.
• Prepare weekly sales plan and get the market feedback to the management.
• Perform site survey and prepare technical & commercial offer.
• Negotiate and close sales orders by agreeing terms and conditions
