• Managing the implementing and maintaining the HRIS ERP system (HCM SAP) for the Human Resources department.
• Manage the personnel system and data integrations between personnel and all HR functionalities at EPR System (HCM SAP) to facilitate all the service for our staf.
• Monitoring internal Payroll & Personnel systems and databases to make sure of the smooth running and data accuracy within the applied HCM SAP System.
• Reviewing and monitoring budgets to make sure that we are on track against the agreed budget.
• Act as a consultant to managers and staf regarding related policies and procedures.
• Create detailed reports and present them to the executive management team.
• Develop, recommend, and supervise implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
• Managing and reviewing the monthly payroll processing and accounts reconciliations.
• Ensure complying all records and personnel files with our internal company and legal regulations.

• Generate the requested reports for taxes income settlements (quarterly, semi-annually, and annually) to the Egyptian Tax Authority.
• Manage all the external relationships with the social insurance ofice and labor ofice and fulfill all the governmental regulations.
• Work closely with the team to fulfill all the pre-requisites of the quality, compliance and external auditors and avoid any illegal violations.
