• Manage and develop all Commercial functions including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience
• Expand Company footprint in the region of Middle East and cross sell through business partners
• Open new markets and explore business opportunities to support company expansion and growth plans with special focus on KSA market
• Create new revenue streams related to real estate industry to diversify company income sources
• Establishing the company, set strategic goals, organization structure, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to acquire highest market share, profitability and return on investment while directly reporting to BOD
• Board member in other subsidiary companies which manage real estate and construction projects
• Deliver strategic leadership for defining the commercial path to the growth and profitability of the company
• Prepare and approve AOP in cooperation with Board members and Executive committee to set needed targets
• Build the full Commercial plan including Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations with proper execution
• Set Budgets, forecast, and sales targets for Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care departments in a logical but stretched manner
• Own Enterprise Pricing activities for all Propositions while working with product management functions to ensure the appropriate product roadmaps are in place
• Mediate efficiently and effectively with Batelco top management in creating and implementing business division vision to maximize revenue, secure profit and ensure business growth.
• Keep abreast of the Telecom/ICT data/fixed market changes and development and proactively identify and utilize market opportunities towards future business growth
• Establish the Enterprise Business Unit for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care functions and deliver the financial plan to achieve revenue targets and strategic product mix evolving into full P&L accountability
• Lead the process of Proposition Design, campaign development and go to market execution with control over commercial pricing strategy and effective management of Acquisition and Retention budgets
• Work in different sales functions including Multinationals, corporate, SME, and distribution channels
• Execute sales strategy in assigned areas and support Marketing and Pricing teams to deliver appropriate products to B2B and B2C markets
