• Continuous scanning for the micro-macro environment to identify any external opportunities or threats to cannibalize any opportunity or to neutralize any threat
• Communicating with our current diagnostic suppliers and arranging with them our annual targets and all activities involving each of them all over the MENA region
• Communicating with New suppliers to add them to our diagnostic portfolio to fill any gab in our portfolio all over the region MENA
• Planning for the lunching of any new products or lines as well as any promotional activates
• Formulating the marketing plan for the Diagnostic line all over the MENA region that will complement with the business plan of the whole company and will support our strategic objectives
• Supervising and supporting on implementing the formulated plan in each office across the MENA region
• Formulating performance evaluation sheets on quarterly basis to identify the level of progress of each office in relation to the planed objectives and assigned targets with providing contingency plan in case it is needed
• Periodic visits to the KOL, s across the Region to support in huge deals or build for future sales and monitor the performance of the sales of all offices across the MENA region
• Monitoring and improving the technical awareness level of the sales staff
• Communicating with the Diagnostic line suppliers regarding arranging the suppliers support (training and marketing support ) for the sales departments in different offices along with following up the purchase orders of different offices from the suppliers (discounts, Lead time ……etc)
• Managing, training and evaluating the business development team on continuous basis
2010:
I was promoted to Sales &Marketing Manager for the contact lens and refractive line within Cairo office
1-suprovise the sales within Egypt regarding my line
2-Establishing the marketing plans for Egypt office
3-Establsiing marketing analysis for future investments
4-undergoing an analysis in neighbor countries for opening new offices
5-Training and developing my subordinates
Achievements during the year
My team was able to achieve 28% growth in the sales numbers all over Egypt were all my territories without exception has showed growth patterns
2009:
I was promoted to Associate Sales Manager were I was assigned with the following responsibilities
1-suprovise the sales in Giza, Alex, and Delta
2-establishe the marketing plans for the mentioned areas
3-establising market analysis in the mentioned areas
4-responsible for training and developing my subordinates
Achievements during the year
My team was able to achieve 10 %growth in Giza, 2 %growth in Delta and no growth in Alex
And my team was granted the best achievement team over all medicals offices for 2009
2008:
I was promoted to a Senior Territory Manager and was assigned to supervise the delta territory beside me covering both Giza and Alex
Achievements during the year
I was granted this year the Best Achiever over all medicals 14 offices
Were I was able to achieve 114 % growth in Delta, 14 % growth in Alex and 11 %growth in Giza
2007:
I was moved to Cairo to cover the Giza territory besides covering Alex
Achievements during the year
I achieved 5 % growth in Giza territory as well as 9 % growth in Alex territory
2006:
I was promoted to a Territory Manger and Alex which was assigned to me beside my existing territory
(I covered Delta, Ismailia, Port said, Suez and Alex)
Achievements during the year
I achieved 38 % growth in the delta as well as 14 % growth in Alex over 2005
i joined medicals international as a Joiner Territory manager in January 2005
(I covered Delta, Ismailia, Port said and Suez )
Achievements during the year
I achieved 130% growth over 2004 sales with an sales to collection ratio 0.9 and 20% increase in the number of active customers
