Occupation or position held Logistics Planner - Supply Chain
• Responsible for Planning and Controlling Freight Shipments (Inbound & Main activities and responsibilities Outbound) and choosing the best solutions for freighting R.M & F.G. to different customers.
• Responsible for Controlling WIPs values (Daily/Weekly) on ERP - FORS
System of all production locations (Production Lines and Stores)
• Coordinating between third Party Logistics (UTI Co.) and LEONI
procurement team and stores team for both inbound and outbound shipments to facilitate (Paper Work-Customs Clearance)
• Responsible for Monitoring and Controlling Packaging Materials (Pallets,
Bags etc.) for production lines.
• Choosing and arranging for different types of freight such as Sea, Air and
Inland freights or special Hand carries.
• Reporting all (IN-OUT) bound shipments and it's (Contents /Values) and also
Discrepancy in Materials between Actual QTY, System QTY & Delivery Note.
• Reports Directly to Logistics Development Manager.
