1.Provides customer service and information assistance by answering customer questions and complaints and effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
2.Provides information on all types of public trasport \{buses, metro, taxi, tram and water trasport \}
3. Make online transaction for driving licenses renewal, vehicale regestration and fines payment
4.Receives and documents customer service complaints, suggestions, requsts, and lost items
5.Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
6.Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
7.Take the extra mile to engage customers
8.Performs other duties as assigned.
*My job Responsibilities:
1. Create project accounts in the accounting system using ERP Oracle
2. Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders
3. Review and approve suppliers and subcontractors invoices related to a project
4. Review and approve time sheets for work related to a project
5. Review account totals related to project assets and expenses
6. Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to management
7. Communicate with receivables staff regarding unpaid contract billings
8. Review all project-related billings to customers
9. Investigate all project expenses not billed to customers
10. Approve the write off of any project-related billings that cannot be billed to or collected from customers
11. Close out project accounts upon project completion
12. Create and submit government reports and tax returns related to projects
13. Compile information for internal and external auditors, as required
14. Respond to inquiries from the Owners, Controller, and Project Managers
15. Perform additional assignments, as directed by the Accounting Supervisor

My job Responsibilities:
- Account all services provided for yachts.
- Preparation of contracts, invoices and cash receipt for yachts.
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Provides monthly financial and management reports.
- Follow-up bank accounts and perform bank reconciliation.
- Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Other duties as assigned
