Job Responsibility
Managing Two different portfolios with value almost One Billion SAR handling following responsibilities: -
Manage administration activates (Remedial and / Or recovery studies, Monthly Target Allocation with measuring achievement, Following-Up activities, prepare support Documents “updating Securities and Guarantees” submitting reports and request to authorized Committee,
Maintain and Updates policies, procedure, SLA and user manual process temples and actions.
Managing recovery reports and highlight essential points.” Evaluate performances”.
Supervise portfolios D.B and it Supporting documents.
Managing and supervise portfolios with ALYUSR Finance Company (available Securities, client contacts, Legal status, ELM ST, RAYA, Live ST “YAKEEN”, Updating Loan Assets “Vehicles” by frequently Following-up. (Corporate& Retail) for easily understanding.
Control and Follow-up Collateral, Bankruptcy portfolios and Litigation performances
Update SIMAH listed Clients and assure the Group debtor list are recorded.
Manage the investigation of (Promissory notes, Col-laterals & open- contracts) “Corporate & Retail” with legal status.
- Build, Motivate and manage my sales teams in Collect information-Plan- Preparing Proposals
- network designing- and closing deals with in official agreements.
- Trend and ensure a strong positioning of the company services in monthly sales report about the available services market to Sales director.
- Reporting to Company Sales director and cooperate in prepare the sales quota & preparing the Price Lists.
- Help & guide the Team Leaders in achieving the company target(s).
- Review and monitor the sales team performance.
- Ensure the growth of the Teams revenue and ensure that we are in right direction to achieve the Sales Forecast.
- Ensure a strong knowledge level of the sales team by in-house training.
- Explore new services that will increase the company revenue and propose the partners.
- Ensure a smooth process between the Sales team Leaders.
- Ensure a healthy expansion of the sales team members.
- Help, Train & Guide the sales Team members in achieving the Sales target.
- Ensure a healthy collection of the team revenue.
• Monitor & control profitability of sales, and key performance indicators to ensure achievement of divisional/ department sales objectives.
• Develop annual sales plan, ensure it is accomplished, and discuss with Director BU the periodic results and achievements.
• Perform periodic visits to major account customers and participate in problem solving in customer’s critical situation.
• Use tact, presentation skills and professional negotiations to persuade potential prospects on specific product/service.
• Compile market information and provide various statistical monthly/annual reports with respect to sales and also other information about competitors and business potentials, and develop opportunities for selling products and services to address various market segments.
• Provide information to the management about the latest trend & development of the market with regards to the market selling prices, costing factor & gross margin.
• Discuss with Director BU, market development with regards to new technologies, products & services being offered and/or it has the potential in to be marketed.
• Overall responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction at all stages, from design & engineering to its implementation & support.
• Provide periodic training & updates to subordinates on the products, effective communicating & selling techniques, preparation of quotes, presentation and persuasion, and ensures that they are using the right supporting materials
• Liaise with other company managers in all aspects of quality voice/data, pricing, advertising, pre-sales and after-sales activities to ensure competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Approve all documentation required to complete the job with necessary follow up, monitoring, and recording of sales achievements.
• Analyze market competition to explore new business opportunities.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and other agencies to analyze market needs. plus Contractor Manger Job Responsibilities.
Internal Auditor in Al-Defallah for trade and agriculture Co, internal auditor and the preparation of final accounts and budget as well as research ways of credit and banking facilities in Saudi credit analysis, budgets and financial analysis work, responsible for customer credit accounts and follow-up, as well as study analysis of sales and repayments of these clients.
-Audit of accounts payable
-Reviews and adjusts Accounts (ACR) which frequently requires detailed comparison with original documents, supporting files and subsidiary accounts.
-Performs audit work including plan preparation, work papers, findings and associated reports; verification of accuracy of financial records as they pertain to assets, liabilities, receipts, expenditure and related transactions.
-Participate in annual stocks verification and preparation of stocks reconciliation
-Conduct of system audit and consequent reporting
(Profitability analysis and the ability to pay and measure the final results of the activity)
Planning the warehouses documentary cycle (manual, computerize)
-WORKING IN CREDIT DOCUMENT
Adoption of companies budgets, periodic review of accounts to various companies, establishment of companies and institutions and preparation of budgets with complete attachments, in addition responsible for marketing for the office.
