• Collaborating with department personnel to ensure strict adherence to established company procedures
for tracking, accounting tasks, and supervision.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports on receivables and payables, profit and loss account, balance sheet etc.
• Financial Ratio and the Limitation of Ratio Analysis
• Organise and prepare cost payment voucher, receipt voucher and journal vouchers
• Prepare a cost centre with charts of accounts
• Prepare and create PDC’s - Record and issue them accordingly
• Prepare VAT and make submissions online on the government website
• Make court payments as required with the Dubai Courts and the Dubai Public Prosecution.
• Liaise with the external auditor and provide reports as necessary
