- Provides on-going training follow-up for assigned locations.
- Produces correspondence, reports, records and other data by utilizing computer systems in a timely manner as needed for each assignment, including entering evaluations.
- Assists in designing new or revising existing training curriculum.
- Helps to implement and maintain the retail training curriculum and to develop and implement the goals/desired outcomes of that curriculum.
- Provides both theoretical and practical/hands-on training to retail operations team members both in a classroom setting and in the retail team members’ designated work environment.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of training by assessing job performance as measured against operations outcomes and competency-based training.
- Responsible to refer any issues related to the program and/or retail team members to the supervisor leadership for immediate attention.
- Responsible to maintain a high degree of confidentiality along with a professional work environment.
- Ensures compliance with established safety, security, sales, money handling, and record keeping procedures and practices as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assists assigned store locations with all phases of the hiring process as needed, including but not limited to opening requisitions, monitoring applicants, recruiting externally, pre-screening applicants, interviewing, completing required on boarding procedures.

- Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
- Work closely with Associate Account Managers and Ad Operations on day-to-day operational processes including campaign set-up, receipt of creative or tags, trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting and QA
- Work closely with Analytics and Ad Operations to determine root causes for customer success or failure and drive requirements for product or process enhancement and development as needed
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
- Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage campaigns to success, high customer satisfaction and renewal
- Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research
- Manage weekly campaign status documents for review
- Work closely with Finance on billing set up and invoicing
- Manage customer activity for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues
- Adhere to established processes and workflows, as it relates to campaign set-up and pixel placement strategy, creative execution (including dynamic creative), ad trafficking, campaign management and any troubleshooting necessary with pixels, creative assets and campaign reporting
- Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed

- Maintain store's cleanliness, health and safety measures.
- Organize and distribute staff schedules including the audit on the Security guards and office boys.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service.

- Handle all Inventory reports, issues, items needed and daily counting.
