- Payroll Officer
• Compiling and preparing reports and spreadsheets.
• Collecting Timesheets
• Preparing payroll and managing receivables & deductibles.
• Reviewing and Auditing employees’ records, merits and leave balances
• Preparing categorized invoices for clients based on requirement and nature of payments.
- On-Boarding and Hiring Procedures - ER
• In coordination with PRO, proceed with application of new joining employees through MOL & Immigration to fulfill work permit & Visa processes.
• Enrolling Locals and GCC countries in pension
• Casually processing Emirates ID, Insurance Card and other employees’ processes which are under company's responsibility.
• Preparing Letters and Certificates of consideration as per requests of the Employees
• Basic solid knowledge of labor law and employees’ rights.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in Demobilization processes
- Administration - Contracts Reviewing
• reviewing employment contracts of clients
• Structure and orient the employment coordination with the client through the contracts and its projection on the labor law.
Bachelor in Science, Chemistry with minor in Economics
