Position responsibilities but not limited to as follows:

*Planning of Resources allocation, Monitoring & Controlling the Load analysis of company assets (H/W & S/W) to achieve the maximum utilization efficiency within various projects running in the organization.
*Studying & Decision Making of the offered projects Request For Proposals contracts (RFP’s) from customers with Respect to VIAS Scope / Resources (Assets availability, human resources, etc….)
*Managing Maintenance team (Scheduled and unscheduled Maintenance / Purchasing / for all the company (H/W and S/W) resources.), to ensure steady and smooth projects work flow.
*Planning, Monitoring & Controlling of Lab department budget to reach maximum usability of the budget.
*Managing the department weekly reports (Time schedules VS Cost schedules), Project Management progress report
*Leading improvement project to achieve the LAB ISO17025 certificate & for VIAS-VALEO company Labs.

The Tech shop senior leader position responsibilities are:

*Testing, Repairing and Maintaining all the electrical & electronic equipment used in the camp and in the field like but not limited to:
-Positioning equipment :(GPS Racal's, GPS Source Navigators, Pelton VibPro, etc..)
-Recording instruments and line equipment :( GAC, Fiber-optics Cables, LCU, BCU and MRU)
*To insure that all the equipments meets the manufacture and the company specifications.
*Design the time slots Frame of all the GPS Racal's of the crew.
*Supervising and participating all QHSE regulations inside the crew according to Company and
Local QHSE regulations through monthly & LPT meetings.
*Ensure that an adequate supply of spare parts is kept on the crew through a monthly accurate up-to-date spare parts inventory.
*Supervised my department employees (Technicians & Geophone repair shop personnel).
*Supervised and managed work permits issued by myself from the Kuwait Oil Company (K.S.C.).
*Interfaced with the crew management to achieve the crew and company aims and targets according to
The equipment availability and Conditions.

The Facility Lead engineer position responsibilities are:
*Testing, fixing and Maintaining all the M/34 & TPS/59 Radars electrical and electronically objects (i.e. transmitters, receivers, power suppliers, Column feeds and Row Feeds) using the appropriate system tools.

*Participated in Review of Planning & installation of (CCTV, Fire alarm, Fire fighting) systems.
*Maintaining all electrical & mechanical machines (Diesel Generators, Air compressors, Air dryer, Automatic Transfer Switch ATS, Sand blast machines, Automatic drain valves ADV, Hoist cranes, paint booth all it’s motors, Air Purification system, Pressure Washers, water systems control units, Ventilation fans) in the Army base.
*Maintenance of 2 buildings electrical and construction (supervising electrical cable distribution for the 2 buildings).
*Supervising all the safety regulations inside the facility according to U.S. government Occupation, Safety and Health Agency (OSHA) guide lines and issued reports about these issues.
*Managed hazardous waste streams according to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Regulations (EPAR) by Lockheed Martin Company.
*Supervised all the facility labor and arranging their schedules
*Interfaced with U.S. government quality inspector on facilities availability and Conditions.
