Developing commission structures or incentives that guarantee a fair market share for Asus.
Ensure proper systems are in place for the distribution of Point of Sale Material across the channel.
Provide leadership and support for all team members.
Ensure that Sales team gets the proper training required to run their day to day job.
Maintains and expands Dealers base by counseling district sales representatives.
Develop proper succession planning mechanisms across the dealer's team to ensure that empty spots are filled fairly and in a timely manner.
Reporting and presenting his zone activities and results.
Ensure that systems work properly and reports are managed in an accurate manner.
Monitoring all the competitor moves in the trade with no time reporting.
Introducing the merchandiser’s project in Trade Key Accounts.
Ensure that training and development needs are met and provides assistance and support needs
Monitoring, Hiring, Motivating and coaching the merchandisers team to ensure maximum accounts coverage
Provides leadership to the team through effective objective settings, delegations and communication.
