● I am currently working as a projects Manager at KEDEN International Company in the field of real estate development, creation and maintenance of international brands (CAFFE BENE - THE Face Shop - REFON )
Major responsibilities were:
● The project’s success criteria & the requirements and constraints within this project.
● Create an integrated project plan focused on attaining the outlined goals..
● Helps project managers oversee scope, cost, Schedule, risk, quality issues, and communications.
● Monitoring the progress of a project
● Managing the project’s budget.
● Ensuring that key milestones are reached
● Comparing actual performance against planned/scheduled performance
● Work with the client to get formal sign-off that the project is complete
● Release any resources (budget or personnel) who are no longer needed for the project

serving as a Project Manager on a Project of KSA “Infrastructure project for Airstrip Roads for the Air Force Base of the Ministry of Defense” having a budget of SAR 95 Million Consist of (Roads-Electrical Network and an administrative building) .
Major responsibilities were:
● Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
● Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
● Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
● Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.

Serving as a Constriction Manager on a Project of KSA “The infrastructure project of the Ministry of Housing for AYOON ElJAWAA Governorate” having a budget of SAR 45 Million Consist of (Roads- 6 Networks, tank construction, and an administrative building) .
Major responsibilities were:
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs .
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

• Serving as a Senior Planning and Cost Control on a Project of KSA “The infrastructure project of the Ministry of Housing for Al-Mithnab Governorate” having a budget of SAR 37Million Consist of (Roads- 6 Networks, tank construction, and an administrative building) .
Major responsibilities were:
• Supervise and review the preparation of construction method statements.
• Planning and maintaining project budget and schedules.
• Take part in the project management review and risk management review.
• Prepare technical material submittals.
• Attend progress meetings, discuss and suggest technical proposals.
4-November 2014 Till Dec 2016
Serving as a Senior Planning and Cost Control on an Iconic, Mega Project of KSA, “Special Rapid Response Force Camp for National Guard” of (Riyadh-Jeddah-Dammam) As a largest battalion in KSA having a budget of SAR 1.2 Billion.
Major responsibilities were :
- Planning of the whole project under guidance of a Sr. Planning Manager using Primavera P6 and preparation of monthly based progress control plans/charts.
- Prepared a work hierarchy and planned all required resources.
- Created detailed WBS for the whole project after dividing the project in zones
- Estimated productivity of all resources and applied activity codes for sorting of activities.
• Leading groups and coordinating between disciplines.
• Inspection of all site works.
• Obtaining consultant approvals on site works.
