-update the execution plan & priority for the Project, while sticking to the implementation of organizing laws
-Preparation of the current situation of the process of construction in all zones in the project (actual progress status)
-Maintain all needed Forms to be submitted to the Supervising Consultant, such as Submitted Log, Material Submittals, and Request for Inspection, Request for Information, and Request for Concreting, Shop-Drawings Sub mittals, and all other needed Transmittal's, while maintaining Archiving system, Daily Log, Weekly Progress Report and Monthly Status Reports.
-Ensure smooth & correct relation between design, supervision & implementation, and to Hand-Over the Project to the Regulatory Authorities & Services, connect the utilities, and acquire the final “Certificate of Completion”.
Coordination and follow-up with Departmental managers to review project priorities and progress in accordance with the phased schedule planned civil site engineers for the provision of material and extracts.
Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering project within area of assigned responsibility: Plan and formulate engineering program and organize project staff according to project requirements
