- Manage the design team which includes, but is not limited to providing regular performance feedback, addressing employee performance issues in a timely.
- Planning and overseeing pre-press activities while optimizing the overall efficiency and profitability of the department.
- Coordinate the activities of the pre-press team to ensure that all work performed is according to schedule and within quality standards.
- Developing and maintains a Project Schedule to reflect all scope of work and instructions.
- Provided the creative packaging idea to our customers or technical support for his current designs to achieve the Quality level of output the press.
- Preflight a new electronic files and ensure proper output
- Inspect files to signed-off proofs
- Establish and maintain timely archiving of completed file
- Retouching photos, manipulate images and color correct the files to meet customer spec. and Flexo and Roto press room requirements.
- Preparing the color separation files for Roto cylinder suppliers under our Roto machine and customers technical specification.
- Builds excellent client relationships like Savola, SIDCO, Americana, NBCC, Pepsico, Al Alali, Gandour, Sadia, Seara, ....
- Handling the qualification with the Rotor supplier and price negotiation, technical issue, complaints, time line for orders.
- Handling all Roto Activity starting from artwork, request the cylinders or send from inventory, Issue the PR, share the PO and manage the priority and finally the delivery date based on the production plan.
- Communicating with P&G repro House for any technical issue.

• Receiving the new CD from the account owner & reviewing it check requirements.
• Executing a pre-study which ensure that no damage or contamination will occur to the product and remain in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Setting up the artwork, taking into account the technical setup of the packaging, regional design adaptation, and different languages, and different design versions.
• Executing both new designs from the start or completely modifying if requested by the customer.
• Contacting the customer directly to discuss any technical problems during the implementation.
• Implementing a digital Proof or Cromaline to simulate the final colors to demonstrate it to the customer
• Color separation setup with image retouching for all print processes by using ESKO workflow (Art pro-Deskpack-Backstage).
• Data adjustment for print process and print machine, step and repeat for print tool production.
• Exporting Postscript file ready-made file& send to plate mounting for exposure.
• Participating in the creation of a different operating system from CTF to CTP using ESKO Spark CDI for Laser plate making.
• Using ESKO graphic and FLEXORIP systems to increase the quality of the dot shape and saving Time.
• Establishing a cost saving concept by transforming all External Repro house to internal at our premises. (Saving 270 K$ annually).
