Position Held: Project Manager of Signaling System Moderation Naga Hamdi-Luxor corridor ‘’EPC’’ Project in upper Egypt with the following SOW:
The scope of this project EPC is to transfer to ENR after detailed design, manufacture, import, installation, testing, and commissioning of the Construction of new signalling & control towers divided into 13 EIS stations, & 1 CTC main Station in Luxor equipped with new signalling, telecom, SCADA, & Power cable lines to connect the EIS & CTC stations along the track line through underground trenches to serve the Installation of new track signalling equipment on the track side to assist with traffic monitoring & arranging to establish a safe train operation system through making a mutual interface with the Electronic Interlocking System (EIS), ERTMS/ETCS Level 1(ATP), Central Traffic Control (CTC) and the Communication facilities with additional facilities needed to establish such a system such as buildings and power facilities, shall be provided.
This project has 45 Level Crossing (38 “3.3 KV” and 7 “0.4 KV”) And a Total Build up area of 9, 800 m2 and Total Length of Trenches 273, 174 m (Both Sides), 148 manholes along the trenches Also, length of HDD “Water Crossing”5, 260 meters (Two main and 17 submains).
The full responsibility of the final design review and the guideline for the designers of the telecom subsystems for High-Speed Train Green line Egypt.
LRT project had been EBC contract built by CRC-AVIC Chinese Consortium, consist of 19 stations connecting Cairo with the new administrative capital equipped with the stat of art technology and CBTC signalling system to be the 1st Rail project in Egypt uses this signalling technology, and OCS 25 kV AC as first time in Egypt as well.
Position held: Deputy PM for E/M & System Integration Manger.
Systems under responsibility: Signalling - CBTC, Telecom, Centralized Control System - SCADA, Power supply HV - MV- LV, Over Head Catenary System, All MEP (FF, HVAC) works, Deport Equipment, Rolling Stock and Automatic Fair Collection.
• My Role to manage all the E/M works in the project and be sure all the interfaces & integration process is in place.
• Review the combined Integration procedure based on the contractors and operator integration process.
• Mange the EWP process based on the Trail & Integration test procedures of the Contractor & the operator and the project requirements.
• Manage the Signaling ISA process to help the employer to get the ISA certificate for revenue service.
• Manage all the E/M systems to deliver the project on the determine date by the employer.
Position Held: Telecommunication Director.
• Prepare the technical tender documents of CML1 ‘’Cairo Metro Line1’’ Rehabilitation Works under ITALFER-EHAF JV with involvement of EBRD Bank.

Lusail Light Railway transit system project (LRT) has four main operating lines with a total of 28 km, 28 trams and up to 28 stations: 9 undergrounds including 1 interchange with Metro ‘’cut & cover’’ technique, 1 viaduct and 18 at grade stations including 1 interchange with Metro. The trams are provided with traction power overhead catenary system’’ OCS’’ in the underground stations and catenary-free technology APS in the at grade stations.
Position Held: Communication & Control Systems Project Manager- (Reporting to QST-Systems General Project Manager) with the following role: Full responsibilities related Communication and Control Systems packages: in terms of development & integration starting from design, installation, T&C actively, Factory acceptance & requirements validation during project phases with all the subsidiaries of the subsystems within the Consortium as Systems Integration and Systems design manger role for the CCS, TVS & ECS.
• Manage the Communication & Control Systems sub-contractor -Thales (France - Italy- Portugal) and be sure the integration with all the subsidiaries of the subsystems in the project are in place (civil, Track, signaling, power, MEP, etc., ).
• Manage project technical team and construction team during design phase and commissioning and testing T&C phases as per Systems Interface Matrix.
• Insure all the integration process are in place during project phase & following the project millstones.
• Manage the following activity with the team reporting to me & under my responsibility:
o Requirement implantation and validation in each phase in the project starting from the design to the implementation and integration.
o RAM’s & Systems Safety and security.
o Verification and Validation (V&V) cycle.
o Configuration management for all the changes.
o Operation and maintenance procedures including the training manuals.
o Systems Quality management.
o Ensure the Integration process with all Consortium subsystems is in place and fulfilled.
I was responsible to follow all the above activity starting from verification & validation in each phase in the project starting from the design to the implementation and integration.
• All ISA comments & Concerns response was managed by me with my team to provide suitable response according to the standards and project requirements.
• Mange the Integration and interfaces with all the involved parties in the consortium (Civil, rolling stock, Power, MEP, signaling, etc..).
• Managing all Contractual disputed items, budget, planning and identify the critical millstones & priorities for the Project.
• Starting from September 2018 I was nominated to manage as well Environmental Control System Package ECS.
• Starting from November 2019 I was nominated to manage all systems within Systems departments under the General project manager in LRT project (Tunnel Ventilation System TVS & Ministry of Interior & Qatar Armed Forces projects).
• Starting from July 2020 I was nominated to be The Systems Manager for LRT Consortium to manage MOTC and MOI approvals and issues, in addition to all Telecommunication issues in LRT project with the Client and the Subcontractors.
Position Held: Middle East Director reporting to CEO.
• My role is to establish a branch for the new Telematics service business in Egypt and in the near future to use this branch as Middle East call center for all the Arab countries.
• Managing and prepare the budget and business rules strategy.

• My role is to manage all the low current projects in Raya Smart Buildings, in addition I was the project manger for Galleria 40 Mall and administrative offices in 6 October city.
• I was managing the maintenance actively for all the building owned by Raya smart building and provide the services for the customers occupies the buildings.
• We are working as system integrator with Siemens and Jonson Controls International.
The Dubai’s Metro project consists of two metro lines red line and green line equipped with the latest art of technology and Dubai Metro was the 1st driver less metro the middle east which composed of:
Red line: 29 stations consist of 4 underground 24 Elevated and 1 at grade with 2 depots and 44 trains.
Green line: 20 stations consist of 8 underground 12 Elevated, 25 trains
Each line has 2 stations are common: transfer stations shared.
Position Held: Communication and Rail Systems Integration Lead Engineer - Dubai Metro
Responsibilities and duties included:
• Tender Preparation: Participate in tender perpetration for Green Line extension.
• Reviewing the detailed design documents of the communication systems: MSN (Multi Service Network), FON (Fiber Optic Network), TN/ECB (Telephone Network/Emergency Call Button), IAS (Intrusion Alarm System), PAS/PIS (Public Address system / Passenger Information System) and TDS (Time Distribution System) for the entire Red & Green lines.
• Insuring all the integration process are in place for the subsystems under my responsibilities.
• Review and approve the ICD interface control documents.
• Handling the design resolving issues meetings and workshops with the contractor and the client.
• Supervising the site acceptance tests and reviewing the test reports for the different communication systems and the integration test with the other sub-systems.
• Handling the interface documents/ matrix between communication systems and all other systems.
• Review and approve the material/cabinets /cables/accessories for communication systems.
• Review the combined services drawings (CSD).
• Have in depth experience in communication systems and SCADA. Performed coordination and interface related activities with signaling and power supply systems from design through to testing and commissioning which enables me to play integration role.

MSN FAT in Milan Italy at Alcatel-Lucent Italy, for MSN Multi Service Network from 10/12/2007 to 14/12/2007.

The line is 29 km with 13 km are in tunnels. It serves 20 stations, of which 12 are underground with 2 interchange stations, 6 at grade, 2 viaduct and 1 depot.
