* Arrange for calibration of fuel stations tanks by:
- Setting a timetable for the calibration process.
- Co-operating with Supply and Logistics Department, as to provide the required fuel for calibration.
- Determine whether all tools, equipment, and devices are available and ready to be used.
- Provide the necessary tools and materials needed to complete the work.
- Supervise transportation of materials, tools, equipment, and devices to the work site.
* Supervise Fuel Tanks Calibration Process.
* Monitor the performance of the station after calibration and determines whether any tank needs to reply the calibration process.
* Re-calibrate any failed calibration process.
* Write reports after each successful calibration of a fuel station.
* Supervise trainee engineers on site and provide them with the information they need.
*Co-operated with friendly companies through exchanging knowledge and experiences.
* Ensure that the company do wisely purchase its engineering needs: cost-effectively and of good quality.
* Contact local and global companies for their services.
* Develop and maintain good relations with suppliers.
* Provide proforma invoices, and get them assigned.
* Arrange payments and follow up with Financing Department.
* Receive goods and purchased materials.
*Check the quality of the received goods.
* Supervise transporting goods and purchased items from suppliers to the store or work locations.
* Return any defected or unacceptable goods.
* Understand the method by which Bee manages its fuel stations.
* Research the latest technologies of management automation systems for fuel stations.
* Suggest the appropriate automation systems to use.
* Examine the status of suspected underground fuel tanks in suspected stations.
* Provide reliable solutions for maintenance of the underground tanks.
* Study the construction characteristics of Bee Fuel Stations and suggest ways to enhance their construction as to boost service quality.
* Contact international manufacturing companies for there services and systems.
* Work in team.
*To have a deeper insight about fuel station operations and maintenance we did:
- Co-operate with Fuel Stations Managers and Laborers.
- Co-operate with the company senior engineers.
- Co-operate with current and former Bee managers and engineers.
