Main Activities & responsibilities:
• Leading Project team to Deliver tender documents (detail design, BOQ, cost analysis and sequence
(4D planning) )using BIM Management in LOD 300 through Revit, NavisWorks Manage and Dynamo....,
working according to CSI Master Format, Uniformat and AIA Standards
• Developing the Work flow and template to achieve the best 5D BIM process.
• Managing project work flow between different disciplines.
• Developing the coordination sections in the critical zones in the project through Revit.
• Managing squad check and coordination meetings clash detections between different disciplines
through NavisWorks.
• Preparing BIM Execution Plan, time scheduling and, Knowledge Exchange plan for the Project in
design stage.
• Quality control for project digital visualization and be sure it is responding with
Information Management concept, BIM standard and client requirements.
• Managing Client Meetings and workshops (Preparing, Deliverables, claims & Variations).
• Design Steel Structures (connections + members) using (Sap2000 & Etabs & Robot structural
analysis & Staad Pro & Ram Connections) according ASD and LRFD Codes for design.
• Assist Project BIM Manager in managing project work flow between different disciplines.
• Up grading efficiency of my team (training, sessions &workshops.
• Create project template, standers and Families for structural department
• Developing the integration between structural analysis, modeling, schedules, and specs using
BIM Concept.
• Co‐ordination and solve clash detection between structural elements and MEP trades and
extract
Quantity take off of Structural Items.
• Structural Modeling using BIM software (Revit Structure + Tekla Structure)
• Design Steel Structures (connections + members) using (Sap2000 & Etabs & Robot structural
analysis & Staad Pro & Ram Connections) according to ASD and LRFD Codes for design.
• Creating Steel structural Model for All Steel elements with Full 3D *Model Connections
including Miscellaneous (Handrails, Grating ... etc.). Using Tekla Structure.
• Preparing GA (Erection Drawing ) & Fabrication drawings (Assembly and Single) for All steel
elements
• Creating 3D Etabs/Sap 2000 model and design structural Steel /RC Elements.
• Creating Structural system & structural analysis for some types of Buildings.
• creating structural models using Revit structure according to the required (L.O.D)
• Make full coordination with other disciplines using Autodesk Navisworks to make a clash
detection and solve this clashes.
• Developing the BIM in structural department by using Revit structure in structural analysis
by
adjusting the physical model & analytical model and Using (CSI x Revit and other tools) to export
the analytical model to the different structural analysis programs.
• Repair and strengthing unsafe RC Elements Using Steel Element
• Structural Modeling using BIM software (Revit Structure + Tekla Structure)
• Design Steel Structures (connections + members) using (Sap2000 & Etabs & Robot structural analysis & Staad Pro & Ram Connections) according to ASD and LRFD Codes for design.
