• I responsible for manage Application Configuration on the deployment phase of projects/programs of varying complexity across QC testing, UAT pre-prod and production servers.
• Discover configuration items and update the CMDB.
• Report the change in the Software and hardware assets.
• Identify and communicate technical problems, tuned processes and enhanced solutions to internal stakeholders.
• Manage and monitor ITSM requests, Incidents, Problems, Changes, Releases, and Configuration.
• generate weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to ensure resolve on time and SLA has been met.
• Assure the ITSM policies and procedures are followed as per ITIL standards best practice.
• Ensuring Problems, Incidents, requests and Changes are resolved within their SLA.
• Raise problems for any repeated incident and create a work around solution until issue is fixed.
• Monitor and provide effective solutions for fixation of the reported monthly problems related to production systems.
• Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices in software products and project deliverable.
• Create Knowledge Articles to enlarge the knowledge base for guiding and help users.
• Administer and Configure CA Service Desk.
