Job responsibilities include:
Prepare monthly (Progress & Executive) report to MOE & MOI
Preparing outline baseline schedule for the main contractors
Reviewing and approval of outline baseline schedule for the Main
Contractor.
Reviewing of tender documents related to the planning part.
Reviewing the documents submitted by Contractor.
Assigning the required data from the contractors related to planning
department.
Reviewing the contractors’ baseline schedule for
approval/disapproval.
Reviewing/monitoring the updated schedule, manpower, equipment,
cash flow & reports for the contractors based on the approved
baseline schedule.
* Supervision of construction activities.
* Review and approval of contractor time schedule.
* Review and approval of contractor payment and variation orders.
* Inspection and approval of material according to project specs.
* Review and approval method of statement, Q.C plane & safety plan.

* Prepare weekly progress and monthly reports for the employer.
* Solve the problems may face the contractor in construction.
* Projects cost estimation and Tender preparation.
