* Coordinate the HSE requirements with all project disciplines.
* Ensure that all HSE Manpower and resources are available and sufficient before the mobilization.
Make regular visits to the project sites for the purpose of auditing and follow up actions and/or attending HSE
management meetings and reports any deficiencies
* Participating in task risk assessment.
* Participating in Accident investigation process and reporting team.
* Supervise all construction subcontractors site HSE activities and inspect the work site daily to report and
correct the unsafe actions and/or conditions
* Prepare and issue weekly and monthly HSE reports to project manager.
* Participate in site HSE induction and specific training for all site personnel.

Ensure that permit to work system is in place and all related risk assessments have been undertaken and
communicated and are regularly monitored by systematic HSE inspections of the work areas.

•Site supervision and participation in the implementation of contractor’s health, safety and Environment Management System, to ensure adherence to company’s established HSE guidelines, standards and codes of practice • Oversee the HSE monitoring and contractor’s HSE resources on the site construction activities, so they are performed safely • Promote HSE awareness among construction site personnel and participate/lead as teamed appropriate in the investigation of incidents/accidents • Assist the On scene Commander and Emergency teams in emergency situations
