Established the Oil & Energy and the Waste Management businesses for Alghanim Industries in the GCC from scratch. Primarily responsible to identify opportunities, deal initiation & negotiation, lead Greenfield investments, partnership and Joint Ventures developments

• Executed all the Oil & Energy acquisitions and green filed investments for Alghanim industries
• Built the company Operation and Maintenance platform in Kuwait
o Successfully closed USD 10 million acquisition deal of regional Industrial Cleaning company in Bahrain
o Led the post-acquisition integration and turnaround plan. Successfully turned the company into profit making, after 2 years, by management restructure and expanding the company operations in the region
o Initiated, led and closed USD 20 million Joint Venture with EDAC Engineering to launch the Operation & Maintenance business in Kuwait
• Established the downstream fabrication business in Saudi Arabia
o Ran the valuation analysis and led the negotiation of the Joint Venture with Godrej & Boyce to establish a USD 70 million Process Equipment fabrication plant in Saudi Arabia to serve the GCC market
o Developed the business plan for the JV project, including feasibility study, market entry and operation build up
• Set up a new venture for the EPC business with total investment of USD 25 million in Kuwait focusing on petrochemical and refinery projects in Kuwait
• Established the Waste Management business in Kuwait, led the Greenfield investment of USD 15 million focusing on supplying Waste Management and Environmental Services for the Power and the Oil Sectors
o Acquired the first Oil Base Mud drilling fluid treatment project with the Kuwait Oil Company
• Led the negation with Peri Group in Germany to form Joint Venture for the scaffolding business in Kuwait to serve the growing petrochemical, refinery and tank construction sectors in Kuwait
• Recognized as the subject matter expert on M&A, valuation and deal structure. Apply perspectives learned from private equity practice to effect positive change internally

• Introduced and sold new Baker Atlas Hi-Tech 3 dimension resistivity tools in Egypt with BP and the processing services associated
• Markted and sold new sampling tools service for Apachi in Cairo with contract value of USD 1.5 million
