Perform an upgrade of a cement production line for the Titan Alexandria factory. Verify and Validation for all construction activities according to Site Specification. (Steel structure + Firefighting system) Erection Supervision. Prepare and review all reports & articles. Responsible for the whole site job (Mechanical +Piping +Steel structure). Coordination and connectivity between Engineers and Supervisors.

Working for national cement company overhaul (upgrade for cement line) Manage and control a team of workshop mechanic and crane's operators working in many sites (EL Arish, El Mania, and Project South Valley for Cement Co. BeniSuef). Maintaining mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems for wide variety of equipment's. Provide technical support for critical loads and provision of equipment. Leading team work making all maintenance activities include preventive & corrective maintenance (diesel engine overhauls, forklifts, cranes, loaders& compressors). Making rigging studies &preparing sketches for rigging. Organize and supervise all types of rigging activities guiding the crane operators. Supervise the execution of maintenance activities such as the movement of equipment. Estimating wire sizes, boom angles and radius for various loads.
