 Manage & communicate the interconnections between companies/suppliers during
tender, engineering & project installation stages
 Reviewing the HVACR documents to ensure compliance with commissioning
standards and specification
 Arrange material specification, qualification & BOM for final project

 Prepares plans for installation of equipment and determines necessary power
requirements
 Manages inventory for all material needed during project execution.
 Perform / managing the installation of Ammonia refrigeration systems like Pipe
network, valve stations, Vessels, ammonia pumps, condensers, compressors, Cold
Rooms, Blast freezers, spiral, IQF, box freezer, PHE, Falling film chillers ... Etc.
 Perform the installation of all HVAC equipment, including pipe network, AHU, air
coolers, cooling towers, chillers, pumps … Etc.
 carrying out quality inspection and pressure / vacuum testing then charging ammonia
on the refrigeration system
 Start-up & commissioning for ammonia refrigeration system & chilled water / Glycol
systems
 Install, test & run HVAC systems (Air cooled & water cooled chilled water systems) for
Layer, GP & broiler hatcheries
 Monitoring equipment performance & identifying potential problems with operation
team and making repairs as needed
 Makes periodic inspection of plant and operating equipment to determine
maintenance of equipment to ensure proper working conditions and general operating
efficiency of the plant

 Participate in projects execution, commissioning and start up for Gum, Chocolate,
biscuit and Nougat production lines
 Achieving Utilities KPIs & reporting all to Director of operations
 Reporting a daily check list for Boilers, Air Compressors & HVAC parameters

 Draw weekly, monthly, and yearly jobs schedules & submit job progress reports to
Maintenance Manager.
