* Diagnoses causes of problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacement needs.
* Ensure safe work environments control the use of material and avoid damages and waste, request material, tools and equipment needed for the projects and issue the foreman daily instructions as per the work plan.
* Provides condition monitoring engineering and technical services for analysing, troubleshooting, and proactively predicting the useful life of all HVAC equipment.
* Provide leadership to a team of technicians who are responsible for preventive/predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs of HVAC equipment, encouraging teamwork.
* Ensure developing and continually reviews AMOC Maintenance work instructions (MWI's) for HVAC equipment.
* Carry out troubleshooting / inspection to establish root of failure (RCA) and prepare corrective maintenance, detailed schedules and Analysis of repetitive equipment failures.
* Ensure that Material Purchase Orders have been prepared in time and monitor that Materials are supplied well in advance of the scheduled execution.
* Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
* Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines.
* Site supervision of all Air-conditioning works.
* Complete design for HVAC system for two steel factory at Jeddah including but not limited to cooling and heating load calculations, ventilation system, piping and duct design with full details on technical drawing, equipment schedule.
* Perform field surveys of work in progress as well as produced system evaluation reports and recommendations (technical memos) which will be reports to the owner.
* Conduct punch list and continued to implement it.
# PART TIME CONTRACT #
* Select and schedule HVAC equipment based on load requirements calculated with HAP software.
* Assist in Design of piping, ducts, and other HVAC drawings on AutoCAD.
* Assist in preparing technical documents.
* Calculate pressure drop and head loss through pipe, and ventilation systems.
* Estimate equipment and assist in material cost for successful project execution according to engineering inputs.
