- Managing and following up the operation of factory departments.
- Coordinate between site and factory.

- Checking of engines and performing tests according to caterpillar recommendations (valve lash, alignment check, end play, injectors test, emissions test and vibration test).
- Installation of electrical system and check the interconnection between generator control unit and customer switch gear and panels.
- Trouble shooting of problems during the commissioning phase.
- Appling the theory of operation according to design.
- Handling the project from the commissioning phase until the handover to the customer.
- Commissioning of the diesel generators 3600, 3500 families and gas generators G3600 family.
- Managing projects medium and low voltage projects.
- Programing of the modules (Spam, Decs, Comap, Multilin and Easygen).
- Managing the technicians to ensure optimal operation.
- Supervising the Operation, the shift.
- Performing the Preventive maintenance plan on time to prevent downtime maintenance.
- Handling and sharing in the projects done by external companies (chillers compressor overhaul, boilers re-tubing, replacing and installing main water pipes)
- Revising the results of the water treatment company every shift to make sure that it is safe for the guest use and to keep our equipment in a good condition.
- Achieving the optimum operation without affecting the guest satisfaction.
Performed maintenance for the following equipment:
- Pumps 200 HP (changing mechanical seals and bearings).
- A.H.U (changing blower and motor bearings).
- Fans (changing bearings of blower and motor).
- Swage pumps maintenance.
- Operation and maintenance of all Mechanical equipment at the rig site including the maintenance of the rig, generators, diesel pumps, hydraulic pumps and cars.
- Troubleshooting was the most important thing to overcome any down time at the site.at OGS I gained the technical experience as I was working by my hand. (Handy tool).
- grade 3.6/4 (Excellent) - Final project: Designing and manufacturing a prototype for freezing tunnel.
