Operating as Financial Consultant of the companies and is responsible for managing a staff of 15 employees, Handle all the reports to achieve the targeted growth in the activities and the company's products and ensure profitability, planned in the company's operations and ensure optimum use of the possibilities and resources of the company to achieve its goals and mission and ensure the effective application of policies and systems The rules of the company and make sure the model to the Director and the example the optimal managerial behavior and style leader Imam employees of the company and related parties and ensure that the requirements of finding the right opportunities and investment in the light of the policies and plans of the company's activities and ensure the accuracy and objectivity of data and information on the performance and achievements of the company and the quality of what is being prepared and presented reports and make sure that the requirements of building and activating the catalyst for the business climate of creativity and innovation, teamwork and follow-up and direct supervision of all directors of departments and projects and ensure that their work is proceeding according to plans, financial and time of procedure required and the recruitment of staff.
AZDA Company Accounting Responsibilities (IN KSA) :
o The main company operating in five fields: maintenance management and procurement and construction of communications towers, pumps and training
EGYSA Company Accounting Responsibilities (IN EGYPT):
o It is a subsidiary company for AZDA company, and it working in the Egyptian market in order to service AZDA company in providing them with all the experts and trainees, and seeks to open new markets
Operating as a Financial manger consists of 9 accountants to produce daily, monthly & annual report. Handle all the accounting transactions between all companies, Prepare & control Accounting Cycle & Accounting policies as GAAP. Preparing reports to top management, Communication with financial establishments as banks, insurances companies and solving financial cases for the company as per opening accounts, giving financing or opening L/Cs.
Khafif Company Accounting Responsibilities (53 Kiosks):
o Manage All Accounting Transaction of Kiosks (53 Kiosks in all Saudi Major Cities).
o Manage & Control Warehouses transactions.
o Prepare forecast budgeting and analysis reports to top management.
o Handling International transaction between the companies and overseas suppliers.
Zaf Net Company Accounting Responsibilities (IT Projects):
o Manage All Accounting Transaction including online transactions.
o Prepare projects / tender costs for government/semi government projects.
o Handle All projects transaction during the life of projects (some projects lasts for 3 - 5 years).
Zaf Systems Accounting Responsibilities (Security Projects): most of the projects is for government
o Manage All Accounting Transaction including online transactions.
o Prepare projects / tender costs for government/semi government projects.
o Handle all projects transaction during the life of projects (some projects lasts for 3 - 5 years).
o Manage company warehouse and devices delivery.
A company with 6 branches in (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Abha & Qassim), Manage daily, monthly & annual report for a company with 4 accountants under my assistance, full the imports Transactions, make with auditor office our financial Statements, Make & check & Control Accounting Cycle & Accounting policies, Suadi stocks & mangement captail & risk.. My reports send to G.M
International Group of companies managing many projects in different countries (22 branches in Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Palestine & Jordan).
I have started working as an auditor, and head of accounting besides handling the import & export Departments, managing daily, monthly & annual report for my company by 8 Accountants, full the imports Transactions, make with financial Manager our financial Statements, - Check and control Inventory, Cash & Banks. Finished procedure Income Tax, General Sales Tax, Customs, Insurance, Investment Configuration, Capital, Market Configuration, and Controlling Exports & Imports. And Configuration & Annual Tax Declaration. My reports send to Financial Manger
