Msinly responsible of the selling the whole port activitiea ( customa clearance, warehouae, trucking and consolidation its the first dry port in egypt and its considered as a huge logistics service center .
• Negotiate details of contracts and payments, and prepare sales contracts and order forms.
• Prepare drawings, estimates, and bids that meet specific customer needs.
• Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
• Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
• Buy products from manufacturers or brokerage firms, and distribute them to wholesale and retail clients.
• Check stock levels and reorder merchandise as necessary.
• Consult with clients after sales or contract signings in order to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
• Negotiate with retail merchants to improve product exposure such as shelf positioning and advertising.
• Obtain credit information about prospective customers.
• Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense
account reports.
• Plan, assemble, and stock product displays in retail stores, or make recommendations to retailers regarding product
displays, promotional programs, and advertising
Calculate weight, volume, and cost of goods to be moved.
Booking sea and air freights.
Updated orders in company system.
Billed and invoiced all agents and customers involved.
Prepare needed documents for customs clearance. Ocean/house bill of lading, certificate of origin, packing list.
Able to assist in all other areas of operations as directed by management.
Provided price quotes.
Tracked shipments worldwide to guarantee estimated time of arrival - investigate delays.

i have 5 years experience in freight forwarding companies as an import and export operationd for ocean freight and air freight as well with a back ground about customs clearance . i have also worked as logistics sales to sell our freight services to the actual importers & expoters by arranging meetings with them . i have worked also as overseas and pricing , mainly i was responsible of the agents network at europe, fareast, gulf and little in africa for the freight forwarding , also responsible of the freight pricing with the shipping lines and try to fight with them to get tge best rated to offer my clients with my competitive rates .
