Job Responsibilities:
1. Analyzing structural elements using design programs such as (ETABS - SAFE - SAP).
2. Prepare issue for tender drawings (IFT) by using (Revit - AutoCAD -AutoCAD Structural detailing).
3. Prepare Bill of Quantity according to IFT drawings.
4. Modelling by using Revit.
5. Coordination and clash detection between structure drawings with ARC
and MEP drawings to avoid clashes using Revit & Navisworks and solving it.
6. Review RFP&RFI and study their impact on the drawings.
7. Review Shop drawings (Concrete dimensions - RFT Details).
8. Review Quantity survey according to Approved shop drawings.
9. Review Variation Orders and Study their Cost breakdown.
10. Study and evaluate the technical offers submitted for bids by contractors.
Executed projects:
• (Urbanium Administrative Building) Located at 90th Street, Consist of Retaining system secant piles from
every side linked with rows of anchors, and main Building with 8 stories (4 sub-structure+4 super-structure)
Built up area on 7000m2

Job Responsibilities:
1.Studying all design drawing of the project (Civil-Arch-Mep).
2. Prepare RFP&RFI for incomplete information at the design drawing.
3. Modelling by using Revit and prepare shop drawing (Concrete dimension).
4. Coordination and clash detection between structure drawings with ARC
and MEP drawings to avoid clashes using Revit & Navisworks and solving it.
5. Prepare Shop drawing (RFT Details) using AutoCAD structure detailing.
6. Revise Scaffolding system design and prepare shop drawings.
7. Quantity Survey of Excavation by Civil 3D.
Executed projects:
• Jefaira-North coast (Chalets & Twin House & Villas).
• Sidi henish (Villas).
Job Responsibilities:
1. Studying all design drawing of the project (Civil-Arch-Mep).
2. Prepare RFP&RFI for incomplete information at the design drawing.
3. Modelling by using Revit and prepare shop drawing (Concrete dimension).
4. Coordination and clash detection between structure drawings with ARC

Job Responsibilities:
1. Quantity Surveying (Concrete & RFT).
2. Prepare Shop drawings (RFT & CD) by using AutoCAD structure detailing
3.Preparing owner and subcontractor invoices.
4. Prepare RFP&RFI for incomplete information at the design drawing.
5.Prepare reports, requests, variation orders, results of testing, materials data sheet.
6.Execution R.C and finishing works.
7. Monitor and control For The quantities and budget.
8. Prepare and revise comparison sheet of related subcontractors/ suppliers offers.
9. Coordinate with the Procurement department to get feedback about subcontractors’ prices (whenever
needed)، and analyze, revise, and provide guidance to tender engineers on, the breakdown of, and
comparisons between, price offers from subcontractors and suppliers.
