Is to make daily journal entries,
All kind of payments in manual and system way,
Issuing Checks and transfers, Issuing LG's and tracing it,
Make Bank reconciliation for all bank accounts,
Monitoring the bank accounts daily, sending checks to banks, Calculating the Loans interest and checking loans balances with banks,
Following up the insurance policy.
1- Maintain banking relationships.
2- Analyze bank fees, recommend cost savings, and maintain bank accounts, liaison between bank and management.
3- Maintain cash, debit, and interest schedules.
4- Analyze treasury accounts and processes.
5- Prepare & Reviews the Cash Flow requirements report to ensure that there are sufficient funds available to meet operational requirements and recommending any adjustments to scheduled payments or redeeming investments to ensure adequate funds.
6- Reviews and approves the preliminary and final payment registers for cheque, international wires and EFT-ACH payments;.
7- Analyze and possibly prepare A/R, A/P, and G/L entries and there reconciliations.
8- Prepare Company’s incoming documentary under collection & form 4 documents, and following up till maturity and executing the payment.
9- Cash management responsibilities includes estimates, calculation of net cash position, analysis of bank activity and assessment of investing/borrowing activity; maintaining clearing room activity and records.
10- Preparing bank reconciliation on monthly basis for all bank accounts.
11- Issuing and following up company's LG's & LC’s.
12- Prepare all the company’s payment of bank transfers and checks.
Monitoring the operations for correct accounting procedures.
Approving loan packages, and developing relationships with banking customers.
Managing the overall operations of the bank.
Remain professional at all times and help to bring problems to a resolution.
Strong understanding of the bank's goals and objectives.
Enhances sales staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members.
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
