forecasting and recruitment planning based on organizational goals and objectives.

• Prepares and issues job descriptions and advertisements.

• Monitors the receipt of CVs and applications ensuring the criteria of the job requirements have been met to job criteria.

• Identifies potential applicants for positions drawing up shortlists and arranges and conducts first stage test & interviews.

• Contacts recruitment and manpower agencies and develops a strong network of contacts and negotiates favourable payment terms on agency/advertising fees.

• Ensures compliance with all relevant legislation with respect to recruitment and selection.

• Intervenes in employee relations issues and seeks to resolve conflicts appropriately.

• Advises and assists managers and employees in employment matters particularly with reference to employment, legislation, Company policy, industrial relations practice.

• Understand and interpret HR regulations, personnel rules, policies and procedures of the company and local labour law.

• Ensures that equality of opportunity is available to all existing and prospective employees.

• Proactively advice to employees on safety awareness and improvement.

• Assist HR team in all HR related fields like training, orientation, employee relations, performance management etc.

• Maintain employee’s company database list.

• Identifying manpower requirements and arrange from subcontractor companies in the best interest of the company.

• Follow up on vacation/resigned staff and make sure clearance process is done in full compliance with the company’s stated policies and procedures.

• Arrange and follow up with concern department for employee’s air tickets.

• Preparing daily work assignment, attendance report and monthly summary of attendance.

• Follow up and solve all HR operational work with good manner.

Handle all Iqama affairs issuing of new, renewing of old, cancelling, etc.
Exit Re-entry and Final exit processing.
Medical Insurance matters.
Extends the needful assist for the recruitment process.
Create and handle the filling system for contractor’s employee
Assist to manage the vacations, time sheet and all related documents of contractors’ employees.
Extend all the assist to the payroll process (like salaries, overtimes, attendance sheets…etc).
Assists in the filling system of employees.
Arranging visitors’ programs, makes travel and accommodation arrangements.

To support HR/Administration Manager in the execution of HR/Admin functions for all employees of the HDSU, such as Hiring, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, engagement activities, Legal Compliance etc.

Produce required HR reports in an accurate and timely manner and continuously find improved ways of reporting trends, actual and forecasts.



Liaison with medical insurance company for claims/cards.

Owning & ensuring the attendance/leave/overtime policies are implemented in true spirit.

Prepare offer/appointment letters/bank letter/ employee card.

Sending Probation Evaluation reports to HO and preparing confirmation/extension letters.

Supervise, assign, and review the work of staff; perform evaluations of staff.

Administration responsibilities includes assisting the Administration Manager with legal cases, preparation of management reports, issuing letters to Banks, Embassies and Government departments for Employees and Agents in the region.
