offices and retails. - Managing the project contract, claims, VO's, NCR's, time
extensions. the project management plan and stakeholders. - Restructuring the project
resources and implementing cost reduction - Tracking, follow-up authorities’ submittals
and approvals - Managing and reviewing the tender documents. - Feasibility study and
cost analysis
- Create a construction estimate based on a material takeoff (MTO)
- Create and manage a construction project budget
- Create a construction project management plan
- Negotiate with general contractors and subcontractors to obtain profitable construction
contracts
- Develop a construction schedule, with project deliverables and milestones
- Keep inventory of tools, equipment and machinery
- Manage resources such as construction materials, construction workers and equipment
- Allocate and manage resource logistics
- Create status reports for project stakeholders
- Oversee the performance of the general contractor, site manager and other members of
the construction team
- Obtain building permits, licenses and meet code regulations
- Maintain health and safety standards

Resident Engineer responsible for site supervision with the following tasks: -
- Ensure performance of the work in strict accordance with the drawings, plans and
specifications.
- Maintain a detailed diary of the day work activities, issues, work approved or rejected,
hours of operation, labor and equipment used, etc.
- Coordinate with the Contractor's Senior Construction Manager in charge of the work on
a frequent basis to ensure that no issues are encountered.
- Coordinate with the Assistant Resident Engineer and discipline Engineers to ensure that
the relevant sections of works are managed, supervised and inspected correctly.
- Ensure that works are being constructed to the latest construction and shop drawings.
- Monitor the Contractor’s progress of the works, and liaise with the Planning Engineer
accordingly.
- Attending progress meetings with the Employer and Contractor when required
Representation of the company at daily site meetings with the Contractor when
necessary
- Ensure full coordination of the Contractors
- Ensure that works are compliant with the Contractor's HSE plans at all times

Construction Manager responsible for construction site with the following tasks: -
- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
- Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and
other regulations.
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and
clients, representing the owner or developer.

structures, facilities, and systems.
- Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper
procedures are being carried out.
- Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans.

foundation, all type of slabs, heat insulation & waterproofing works & testing) and
architectural finishing works \[floorings - walls - ceilings & internal and external
cladding systems (alum. -glazing)
- Correspondences & co-ordination with contractors other than official meetings
attendance.
- Preparation of daily technical & safety site instructions and forwarding & following it
with the contractor.
- Correcting all errors found in the site and find appropriate methods for rectifying the
said errors.
- Documenting all inspections, problems, delays or similar items related or affecting the
project schedule.
- Monitoring the materials and equipments used in site.
- Checking all method statements & materials used on site as per tender specifications.
- Coordinating with allsections (Civil & Architectural &Electrical & Mechanical and
materials) during construction
