My role and responsibilities:
• Review shop drawings submitted by the contractor.
• Review the materials submitted by the contractor and its compliance with the requirements and conditions of the contract.
• Continuous review and monitoring of the work carried out and com-pared with the contract documents.
• Staff management.
• Coordination with the technical office for technical support and in case of any modifications to the design according to implementation vari-ables.
• Coordination with competent authorities’ especially external road works and connectivity work on the main lines.
• Follow-up security and safety work according to HSE plan.
• Adoption of contractor team work.
• Adoption of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Continuous solution to the problems and offer alternatives.
